Delivery

We offer delivery across Pakistan. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service. Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders across Pakistan. Customers can pay the order amount in cash to the courier when the parcel is delivered.

Our team or courier may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details. Please provide a valid phone number and complete delivery address.

Delays

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to weather, public holidays, courier issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
